Online orders are governed by law 2251/1994 and all its amendments. The ordering process is completed by filling in the specialized form, upon having first agreed to the terms and conditions.

Realizing the importance ensuring the security of your online purchases, our company has taken every precaution and all the necessary measures in order to provide online payment services with maximum safety.
Privacy
In order to ensure the confidentiality of information exchanged, we use the EV SSL-128bit encryption prototype. The system was devised in collaboration with Thawte, a company specializing in matters of exchange security.
Encryption
From the very beginning until the completion of your on-line session, all your personal information is encrypted under the 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL) encryption protocol. Each time a Viva payment is made, the entire exchange of information between your computer and the Viva system is encrypted using the Thawte (the most recognized provider of encryption keys for banking services) EV 128 bit key. This means that every time you send information towards the system, your browser first encrypts the information using the 128 bits key and then sends the information to the system. The Viva system decodes the information using the same key (which is predetermined at the start of your connection to the service) and then goes on to process the information. The Viva system sends you information using the same encryption procedure.
Transaction Confidentiality
Viva Payment Services is a Payment Institution licensed by the Bank of Greece. The same basic principles which govern conventional bank transactions also apply in the case of Viva. All information disclosed by Viva cardholders is strictly confidential.
As part of the PCI-DSS, certification our company, in cooperation with Viva, has taken all the necessary steps to use such information only to the extent necessary in the context of service.
Personal Information
During your visit to the www.blacksaltbikini.com site and pages, IT IS POSSIBLE that you may be asked to disclose personal information (such as your name, surname, email address, mailing address, credit card information etc) so that you may order products, but also for us to be able to contact and provide you with updates on our products.

SHIPPING & ORDER PROCESSING
Order Processing
BLACK SALT BIKINI ships worldwide with UPS, DHL and for domestic orders ships with Geniki Taxydromiki.
Delivery time starts the same business day if it’s placed before 16:00 or one business day after the date of the order. All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays.
You will receive an automated confirmation email after your order has been submitted, and a second automated email containing tracking information once your order has shipped. If you do not see these confirmation emails in your inbox, try checking your spam or trash folder. All automated confirmation emails will be sent to the email address provided on the order. Note that email addresses cannot be modified once the order has been submitted.
If you were logged in to your customer account while placing the order, you may also check the order status by logging into your account and clicking the “Order History” tab. Note: registered customers who were not logged in when the order was submitted will not see their order on the “Order History” tab.
Each order is subject to product availability. Customer service will reach out via email in the event that any item(s) are unavailable. Once the package has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing tracking information.
Shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are responsibility of the recipient. Rates vary by country and by what was ordered so we are not able to supply an estimated cost.

Methods Of Payment
The various methods of payment available from BLACK SALT BIKINI for online purchases are the following

Cancelations
If you wish to cancel your order, please send an email as soon as possible to info@blacksaltbikini.com. Our team will make every effort to accommodate your request, however, there may be some instances where we are unable to cancel your order before it ships. If your order has already shipped out, our normal return policy will be in effect.
Modifications
Orders cannot be modified after they have been submitted. Please do contact with us if you wish to modify your order.
Incorrect / Damaged Orders
In the unlikely event that your order is processed incorrectly or your item(s) arrived damaged, please email us as soon as possible at info@blacksaltbikini.com to let us know. We ask that you send over photos of the incorrect/damaged merchandise for our reference.
Lost/Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact UPS or DHL for International Orders and Geniki Taxydromiki for Domestic Orders, to file a Trace Claim for the missing shipment.
Note: we do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address.
Tracking The Order
As soon as the order ships we will notify you with another confirmation email, containing a tracking number of your purchase. Please note that the Tracking Number will be activated within 24 hours from when the order is dispatched, therefore you may not find any updates immediately after shipment.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Domestic Orders
Returns
BlackSaltBikini.com accepts returns within 14 calendar days to return an product(s) from the date of its shipment. We will refund the whole amount of the product back to you in the original form of payment.
If you wish to return a product for personal reasons, then you will have to cover the return shipping expenses. You can only make ONE exchange per product.
You can return any product(s), free of charge within 14 working days, on condition that the return is being made due to an error on our behalf.
Please note: In order to return your order, you must be aware of the order number and select return or exchange. We cannot process the transaction without these details, so please make sure you have completed the “return form” and included it with your return product(s) and to be accompanied by its receipt of purchase. You can find the return form here.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused unwashed merchandise, with all labels intact and where relevant hygiene straps must be in place. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Upon receipt of returned goods, BlackSaltBikini.com reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet policy requirements.
Exchanges in Product,(s) Size or Color
You can exchange a product for a different size, color or a new product within 14 days of receiving your initial order. In such cases, the return shipping is cover at your expanses and the new shipping cost is covered by us. If the return is being made due to an error on our behalf, we will cover the shipping costs.
Make sure you complete the details of the exchange on the “return form” included with your order.
We will send the new product to the mailing address provided on the original order, unless an alternate address is specified in the respective area of the return form.
All merchandise is thoroughly examined upon its return to our company, if a product(s) is returned in unsuitable condition, it will not be accepted.
We strongly recommend you retain your receipt of shipment/courier until the entire procedure of return or exchange has been completed, and you have received an email from us stating that we have received your returned shipment
International Orders
The same terms and conditions as for Domestic Orders applies for the International Orders.
Please make sure you use a mailing service that ensures the value of the merchandise being returned, and always retain the shipping receipt. Mailing services deliver packages during working hours and may require a signature for the delivery, which is why we recommend your order be sent to a work address and not to a residential address.
A duty is charged when an order crosses country borders and must be paid by the customer who placed the order. Due to the fact that policies and customs fees vary significantly from country to country, we recommend you contact your local customs office for more information. Please keep in mind that customs fees may affect delivery time.
We would like to inform you that during bank holidays or national holidays in your country, deliveries might not take place. In such cases, please expect your order to arrive on the next available business day.
Refunds
Once we receive your product(s), we will notify you by mail or phone that we have received your returned item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
